Our methodology uses a continually looping 3 stage process:
Assessment, Implement and Maintain / Measure.

ASSESS

Understanding where you are and where you would like to be is paramount to achieving any level of change. Knowing the options you may have and the steps to get there, is where we come in. A to B.

During our assessment stage, each of our experts will utilize a number of industry relevant tools (compiled over many years of hands on experience in their field) best suited to gather accurate data that tells us where your business is currently. A detailed list of recommended and viable actions / options are the result of this stage.

Our assessment process reoccurs regularly during our engagement since your business is not static and to ensure that we are always working with the most relevant information when creating new strategies.

IMPLEMENT

Follow through of recommended actions is often the place where businesses fall short. Whether it is due to lack of time, money, skills or people, implementation is often where a business’ best intentions and dreams gets stalled. RoundBox works with its clients to follow through on the implementation of the necessary actions that will create the change wanted.

In the implementation stage, you have the option of completing the tasks internally, working in conjunction with RoundBox or engaging us to implement them on your behalf. The amount of RoundBox involvement may vary depending on your available budget / resources and level of need. We strive to customize our engagements to best suit the client and to ensure that progress is achieved.

MAINTAIN & MEASURE

Once you achieve the new state you want to sustain it. Our process keeps us close to you to ensure that the results remain and new opportunities and challenges are addressed proactively.

RoundBox’s maintenance program provides the support and guidance to help you deal with whatever comes your way – when it happens.
